In Germany alone, there are over 9,000 florists delivering flowers for FloraPrima at any given time.

NEEDS: In 2010, FloraPrima is looking for a provider in risk & fraud management who can implement a holistic solution for insecure payment methods in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

SOLUTION: A platform for all offered countries with insecure payment methods in the webshop (D-A-CH and NL) as well as a dedicated project manager who accompanies the entire project across countries.

RESULTS: Thanks to a solution individually tailored to FloraPrima's business model, address quality was significantly improved, resulting in noticeable savings of time and costs. Supplemented by the regular exchange and professional consulting, FloraPrima has been able to steadily improve the relevant KPI'S in the application process since the beginning of the cooperation in 2011.
