CRIF GmbH will gladly provide you with information at any time about the data stored about you in the CRIF database.

We offer, among other things, the following options:

via the "Fill out application" form:

You will receive a unique reference number under which your request will be processed by us. Please make a note of this number, as it will be needed in subsequent steps and for any inquiries.

We expressly point out that fax inquiries without sender identification will not be processed, as there is no identification security in such cases.

We require the following from you:

1. your current address details
2. proof of identity

Your request can generally be processed based on the above information. We will then send the data stored about you by post. In individual cases, it may be necessary for you to send us a copy of your ID card or passport along with a registration certificate to verify your identity.

If this is the case, we will contact you again. You are also welcome to send the proof directly with your application.

Please note that on the copy of the ID document, you may black out all information that is not required. The required information includes your full name, current address, date of birth, and the validity of the ID document. When submitting the proof of identity, please include the unique reference number in the subject line for correct assignment of your request.

Please note that, for data protection reasons, we cannot provide self-disclosures by phone.
