FloraPrima is a successful, internationally active, and certified online flower delivery service with over two decades of experience. Thanks to FloraPrima, flowers can be delivered worldwide to 120 countries. The company has a network of over 54,000 florists. In Germany alone, more than 9,000 florists are available to deliver flowers for FloraPrima at any time.
In 2010, FloraPrima was looking for a provider in risk & fraud management that could implement a comprehensive solution for insecure payment methods in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
A platform was created for all offered countries with insecure payment methods in the webshop (D-A-CH and NL), including a dedicated project manager who oversaw the entire project across countries.
Thanks to a solution tailored to FloraPrima’s business model, address quality was significantly improved, resulting in noticeable savings in time and costs. Complemented by regular exchanges and professional consulting, FloraPrima has been able to continuously improve the relevant KPIs in the application process since the beginning of the collaboration.
