With the Collection ONE product family, CRIF supports larger debt collection agencies and dunning departments in designing, automating, and optimizing their collection processes. The starting point is the diverse information from the credit bureau about the debtor. This information can be individually combined with your experiences or third-party data into precise control elements for the critical decision points in the collection process.

Starting with an initial assessment upon transfer to the dunning process and selection of a suitable pre-litigation dunning procedure (Collection ONE FIRST), through the decision to apply for a court order (Collection ONE COURT) or to carry out costly enforcement measures (Collection ONE EXECUTION), to selection within long-term monitoring (Collection ONE REVIVAL), the Collection ONE products offer a holistic solution for your collection processes.
Tailored to your challenges, control elements based on stable rule sets, classic scores, or machine learning methods are used to help you continuously make the best decision. The modules of Collection ONE are also used for segmentation, for example, before buying/selling a portfolio or to control outbound activities. In addition, Collection ONE DEBTS offers easy enrichment of your cases with negative payment experiences and structural data about the debtor.
To (re)establish contact, CRIF offers current address data from its own database (Collection ONE ADDRESS) or as a solution package with additional third-party data sets, including optional resident registration office inquiries and monitoring functionalities (Current Address). These modules also use multidimensional control mechanisms to ensure targeted use of research. Additional research can be selectively used, such as employer identification or heir investigation.
